What is a natal chart?

A natal chart, presented by us as a gift to the guest of honor, or host or hostess of a party, is a "map" of your life, based on your time, date and place of birth.  About 15 pages in length, it comes wrapped in a silk ribbon, and describes the planets which affect your personality, your compatibility with other signs, your preferences as far as career path and your talents and creative ability.  All we need to orchestrate this chart, is your name, date, time and place of birth.  If you do not have the exact time of your birth, we can still produce a fairly accurate chart.

How can I use my crystal?

Quartz crystals  are small nuggets of energy, that, when "seasoned" by the owner, promote wellness and good luck.  Instructions are given at the event, on how to "program" or season the crystal for personal use.

What is numerology?

Numerology is a science like astrology and palmistry. By adding together the year of your birth with the month and day, we can arrive at numbers that will strongly influence your life and will surprise you with their accurate description of your personality traits and your future.

What is palmistry?

A science, like numerology and astrology, palmistry (which, like Tarot, is hundreds of years old) is the method by which the features of your hand can be read.  Each line on your hand, the hand you primarily use, has a different meaning.  The lines illustrate the state of your health and wealth (and possible future wealth) and define how many children you are meant to have, marriages, career, creative possibilities, travel, etc. 

How can you tell what someone is like by their handwriting?

Called graphology, handwriting analysis, as studied by all of our psychics, is the ability to sum up a person's personality, direction, and creative ability by their handwriting and signature.  This is often a popular method of entertaining for those who are superstitious of Tarot cards.

How can you tell the future by tealeaves?

Loose tea is used in a teapot, poured into a cup (with saucer).  When the cup is drained we turn the cup upside down on the saucer, rotating it two or three times.  We then "read" the tealeaves by the design that is left in the cup.  The tealeaves form "symbols" and because we believe there is meaning and method to everything, we can accurately foretell your future by these symbols.  This type of psychic entertainment is lots of fun.

When you say you will keep the readings fun, light and upbeat, will they still be accurate?

Absolutely.  When entertaining, we do not dwell on uncomfortable topics - instead we talk about issues that are positive and enlightening, e.g., at Sweet 16's and Bat/Bar Mitzvah's and other events for adolescents we focus on what university the guest will attend, when they will marry and to whom, how many children they will have, what career path seems to be the right one, how their summers will be, and about their family and friends.

What kinds of costumes do you wear when entertaining?

Colorful clothes, usually painted with stars and moons - or we can dress to suit the occasion/theme.  We bring with us lots of props, colorful table coverings, crystal balls, bowls of crystals and votive candles.  We request a table each, preferably in a quiet corner, with three or four chairs, as we like to group people together so that they can hear one another's readings, if requested.  Most restaurants and clubs are happy to accommodate such an arrangement.
